Ram Dass

In the midst of life's challenges, it's common to feel a sense of isolation, stress, and confusion. If you're struggling to manage your emotions and day-to-day life, remember that you're not alone.
You don't need to arrive with the perfect words for what you're going through. Many people come to therapy with a general sense that something isn't right — a heaviness they can't shake, a pattern they keep repeating, or a life that looks fine on the outside but feels hollow on the inside. Whatever brought you here, there's a place for it in our work.
I help adults navigate:
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person who walks through the door — virtually speaking — brings a unique history, a unique set of strengths, and a unique vision of what healing could look like for them. My job is to meet you there.
I draw from a range of evidence-based and humanistic approaches, tailoring my work to what fits you best:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) — helps you notice the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and gently shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) — practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and getting through hard moments without making things worse.
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) — helps you stop fighting your inner experience and instead build a life guided by what truly matters to you, even in the presence of difficult thoughts and feelings.
IFS (Internal Family Systems) — helps you understand the different "parts" of yourself that sometimes feel in conflict, and build a kinder, more compassionate relationship with all of them.
Person-Centered Therapy — puts you in the driver's seat. Rather than following a rigid framework, we follow your lead — your pace, your priorities, your words.
Buddhist Psychology & Mindfulness — drawing on contemplative traditions to cultivate presence, self-compassion, and a different relationship with suffering and difficulty.
Breathwork & Meditation — practical, in-session tools to help regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and build a sustainable self-care practice.
Throughout our work together, we'll identify and build on your strengths — because you have them, even if they're hard to see right now.

I am a private pay and out-of-network (OON) provider. I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to use their out-of-network insurance benefits — many clients are reimbursed for a portion of their fees this way, so it's worth checking with your insurance provider.
I currently accept Aetna and United Healthcare plans for clients located in New Jersey.
If you have questions about fees or insurance, please don't hesitate to ask — I'm happy to talk through your options.
You've already done something courageous just by being here. The next step is a simple one — reach out, and let's have a conversation.
Your first consultation is free. No commitment, no pressure — just a chance to connect.
